After the magazine "Rosins Fettkampf - Lecker schlank mit Frank Rosin" was a huge success, the well-known Michelin-starred chef, together with bpa media Verlag, launched an entire magazine series called "Rosins Low Carb-Bibel".

In the first part of the series, everything revolves around the basics of the topic: The best ingredients, ravenous appetite traps and exchange possibilities for sugar and flour as well as tips on how to integrate the nutrition style into everyday life are explained in the magazine.

A total of 50 recipes for every time of the day and a 4-step program make the changeover easier and allow everyone to tackle it at their own pace. Shopping lists and weekly plans help to change nutrition in the long term.
