Marya Stones is a real globetrotter: She was born in Belgium, had stays in the USA and the former Yugoslavia and lives today with her family in Munich, Germany. Life itself provides her with the material for her stories: Her biographical novel "Überleben reicht nicht, um zu leben" is about the tsunami catastrophe in 2004, which she survived herself.
