The award-winning and star cook Andreas Kaiblinger from Salzburg, Austria, is a unique character in the culinary scene. He is one of the best in his profession and is known for being unconventional and down-to-earth. He specializes in the art of cooking, the origin of the products and last but not least the enjoyment.
Together with his wife, Andrea, he runs the gourmet restaurant "Esszimmer" (reward with three "Hauben" and one star) and has been treating successfully his Austrian, international and famous guests in Salzburg for many years.
Due to the high demand his first cookbook "Raffnierter Genuss ohne Zucker & Weizen - Rezepte für den bewussten und kreativen Alltag“, which is all about healthy and creative recipes without wheat and sugar, was released.
